The product context
Playtomic Manager brings club operations into one platform. The official video linked above introduces its calendar and facility scheduling, customer management, competitions, academy tools and analytics. It is a broader product overview; my contribution covers the specific features described below.
Payments and configurable pricing
I developed administrative payment interfaces and pricing rules based on date, area, sport and player count, supporting the different conditions under which a club sells access to its facilities.
Organizing the frontend around features
I migrated payments, schedules and court management to a feature-based architecture, organizing these parts of the application around their business responsibilities.
A TV interface for the club
I built and launched a sports-club TV interface showing match statistics, player standings and schedules, making this information available on screens at the club.
Investigating unreliable end-to-end tests
I prototyped a Cypress API record/replay plugin to address backend timeout failures. I validated stability on two tests; this was a focused prototype rather than a rollout across the entire test suite.
My contribution and the public demo
I worked at Playtomic from April 2020 to June 2022 as a Senior Frontend Developer. The video is a public overview of the broader product and may show changes introduced after my time there.
